Our London rehab clinic offers confidential, medically supervised support for alcohol and drug addiction. We provide accessible and affordable inpatient and outpatient treatment options in London, including safe detox, therapies, and aftercare support.

Gladstones London serves a dual purpose: as a day-care treatment hub for those unable to commit to residential rehab, and as a support centre for patients completing their 28-day programme in our Cotswolds facility. Enquire about our London rehab today.

What's the difference between the London and Cotswolds clinics?

The primary difference between these two clinics is that our Cotswolds clinic is a live-in residential clinic, while our rehab treatment in London offers day-to-day treatment programmes.

Although we fully believe that residential rehab for mental health disorders and drug and alcohol addiction delivers the most consistent long-term results, inpatient rehab is not for everyone. If you are unable to take four weeks off work, or if you have children that you can’t leave for several weeks, then our London clinic may be the best option.

Our private rehab clinic in London offers the same high level of compassionate and expert services as our Cotswold clinic in a day-to-day format, going out of our way to design effective addiction treatment programmes that fit into your schedule.

Additionally, our London clinic is the perfect place to continue your treatment after completing residential rehab at our Cotswolds rehab. From our London rehab, we offer secondary and tertiary care, and organise regularly scheduled online and in-person group therapy sessions.

With free and unlimited lifetime access to Gladstones Clinic for all former residential patients, there’s always help just around the corner when you’re feeling vulnerable, at risk of relapse, or simply looking for a caring and understanding community to slot into.

What To Do If You Can’t Afford Rehab

Rehab in London FAQs

There are several options available for you if you’re looking for addiction treatment – including:

  • Outpatient rehab
  • Residential rehab
  • Quasi-residential rehab
  • NHS rehab
  • Private rehab
  • Luxury rehab

At Gladstones, we offer outpatient support to patients in London, whether it be on a primary basis or in the form of secondary treatment. Enquire about our non-residential rehab services in London today.

The cost of rehab can vary drastically depending on whether it is residential rehab or outpatient rehab. Additionally, rehab in London may be more expensive than other locations in the UK.

For private residential rehab in London, you could be paying anything from £5,000 for a 28-day stay, with some providers charging over £15,000. Outpatient rehab is more affordable, costing anything from £1,000 to over £3,000. Contact us to find out how much outpatient rehab will cost you at Gladstones Clinic in London.

It depends entirely on your policy and insurance provider – however, most private health insurance companies, including Aviva, Bupa and Prudential, tend to cover some form of addiction treatment. Be sure to check with your insurance provider, and you can learn more about rehab and private health insurance here.

We do not offer supervised detox support at our non-residential London rehab clinic. However, we do offer detox services with our residential programme in the Cotswolds, where we support you through your detox and withdrawal symptoms.

At our London clinic, you can expect therapy, counselling and ongoing support for substance misuse, addiction and mental health issues.

Although residential rehab generally offers better results, non-residential rehab has some benefits too. First of all, outpatient rehab enables you to receive ongoing support without disrupting your routine, including work and family responsibilities.

Non-residential rehab is also usually more affordable, which is ideal if you don’t have tens of thousands of pounds to spend. Outpatient rehab is also a great way to continue treatment following residential rehab.

At Gladstones Clinic, we offer a range of therapies to address mental health, addiction, and other disorders. We will determine the best approach for you – after all, one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy.

Some people benefit from one-on-one counselling, whereas others prefer group therapy. Some people benefit from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), whereas others prefer creative therapy.

You won’t need to bring much with you to our London clinic  – just bring any personal items that help you feel comfortable, plus any prescribed medication you’re currently taking (in its original packaging).

However, if you’re staying in one of our residential treatment clinics such as our Cotwolds clinic, you should bring:

  • Comfortable clothing and toiletries
  • Any prescribed medication
  • A journal or notebook
  • Books or reading material
  • Small personal items to make your stay more familiar

The length of rehab depends on your needs and your programme. Outpatient rehab can last anywhere from a few weeks to several months, whereas residential rehab usually runs as a 28-day programme (with optional extended stays). Ultimately, you can utilise our London rehab services for as long as you need to.
