Carina joined the Gladstones team in January 2021 as a support worker, moving on to becoming the Clinical Administrative lead in September 2021. As a recovering addict and ex client of Gladstones, Carina has first hand experience of the therapeutic programme offered here. She empathises with clients whilst maintaining safe and fair boundaries, making her a great asset to the team. As Clinical Administrator Carina is responsible for staffing schedules, ensuring the safe and effective running of the clinic on a day to day basis, regulatory compliance and acting as a liaison with management, therapeutic & medical team, clients and their families.
