Carina joined the Gladstones team in January 2021 as a support worker, moving on to becoming the Clinical Administrative Lead in September 2021, and in August 2024 becoming the Assistant Manager of the clinic. As a recovering addict and ex client of Gladstones, Carina has first hand experience of the therapeutic programme offered here. She empathises with clients whilst maintaining safe and fair boundaries, making her a great asset to the team.
