Gladstones Clinic Private Residential Rehab

Our treatment programmes

Our 4-week residential drug and alcohol treatment programmes help our patients achieve lasting sobriety as comfortably and effectively as possible. We understand that addiction is complex and multifaceted, requiring a personalised approach that uncovers and addresses the root causes of each patient’s disorder(s).

Over the last 20 years, we’ve honed and developed a drug and alcohol treatment program that integrates evidence-backed clinical therapies with proven alternative therapies that complement primary care and facilitate healing. Therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and other industry-standard therapy models help our patients to investigate and adjust harmful thought and behavioural patterns, while alternative and holistic practices such as yoga, guided meditation, and acupuncture help to promote mindfulness, reduce anxiety, and relieve stress.

Our residential clinic

Our residential drug and alcohol rehab clinic accommodates up to 12 patients, each in a fully private bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. The rooms are light, clean, and airy and fully furnished with everything you need for a calm and productive stay.

Our clinic also features onsite meeting and therapy rooms, as well as shared or communal spaces where our patients relax and get to know each other between therapy sessions. It also has a well-equipped living room, TV room, and furnished outdoor areas. All therapy is provided onsite, and our clinic features multiple purpose-built meeting and counselling areas.

With optimal nutrition playing an important role in stabilising the mood and controlling cravings, we employ a full-time team of experienced chefs to prepare three nutritiously balanced meals and put out snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
